About the role
DSV is the world's third-largest supplier of global transport and logistics solutions. The Business Controller will oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information for DSV.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage the month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making by senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and analysis of working capital
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, including mentoring and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis
- Experience in the transportation and logistics industry preferred

Pay
The expected base pay range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
