Business Consultant-Contract Compliance & Strategy
About the role
The Business Consultant serves as the liaison between Provider Solutions, Health Economics, and Contract Administration, translating moderately to highly complex business needs into software requirements, business procedures, reports, and analytical tools that support Chargemaster Enforcement processes. The role applies technical and business expertise to evaluate current and future business needs, ensuring technology-enabled solutions align with operational objectives and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects.
- Acts as a resource to Provider Solutions, Contract Management, and Health Economics to address questions/issues.
- Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs.
- Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.
- Lead the strategy and execution of recovery workflows for Contract Compliance and Chargemaster variances, from identification through final resolution/closure.
- Locate, review, and interpret complex contracts to support accurate compliance and reimbursement decisions.
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years business analysis experience, which should include analysis and project management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this specific position is $87,680 to $131,520.
