Business Central/NAV Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Business Central/NAV Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality ERP solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV). You will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software features within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to refine and prioritize product backlog items.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues.
• Write clear and concise program documentation, including technical specifications, quick guides, and test cases.
• Implement and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and system stability.
• Actively contribute to design discussions and propose innovative solutions in workgroup meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
• Hands-on experience with LS Retail.
• Experience in retail solutions or other ERP environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both English and French.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
