The company is seeking a Dynamics NAV / Business Central Analyst to support its current Dynamics NAV 2009 environment while playing a key role in the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This position will serve as a critical liaison between business users and technology teams, helping ensure a successful transition while providing day-to-day ERP support and business process analysis. Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Dynamics NAV users across multiple departments.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and work directly with end users to resolve system challenges.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders and implementation teams during the migration from NAV 2009 to Business Central.
- Support testing, data validation, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and ERP utilization.
- Assist with reporting, integrations, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Create and maintain process documentation and system procedures.
