Business Center Associate
About the role
The Business Center Associate processes internal and external mail and fax communications, supports large printing and laminating services, and manages the mail service vehicle and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming mail as per the Mail Services Policies and Procedures.
- Prepare and deliver outgoing mail requiring regular postage to the mail courier service.
- Handle special handling mail such as certified mail and express mail, delivering to the post office and providing necessary information.
- Distribute incoming faxes to the appropriate site/department or associate.
- Maintain the mail service vehicle and equipment in the Business Center.
- Manage the mail supply inventory.
- Provide a pleasant and helpful attitude and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Support general administrative needs within the warehouse/supply chain department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience working in mailing/mailroom, business center, or warehouse processing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and established office skills including scanning, faxing, printing, and data entry.
- Microsoft Outlook proficiency.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
Qualifications

Pay
Starting Compensation: Minimum $20.00 per hour; Maximum $20.00 per hour.
Schedule
This is a fully onsite role based in the Bronx, NY requiring a commitment of Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
