We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes description paragraph. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: Description: Coulee Bank is seeking a Business Banking Specialist to join our team in our Minnetonka, MN location. The Business Banking Specialist provides a high level of customer service and administrative, operational, and loan-support assistance to Coulee Bank’s Business Banking team. This position works closely with business bankers, customers, Loan Operations, Credit Administration, and other internal partners to support consumer, commercial, commercial real estate, construction, participation, and floorplan lending activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment. This individual will help ensure customer and loan documentation is complete, accurate, and timely while maintaining compliance with Bank policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements. Then sections: Build a Career in the Financial Industry with Pathways for Advancement (maybe part of description). Then "A Day in the Life of a Business Banking Specialist" which lists duties. Then "Why Work for Coulee Bank?" which includes benefits. Then "Requirements: Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate". Then "Pay Range". Also there is "Compensation details: 29.73-38.46 Hourly Wage". Also there is "Coulee Bank is an equal opportunity employer." (boilerplate to remove). Also there is "PIeff60b435143-25448-41560163" (job ID) to drop. We need to produce sections: maybe "About the role" (intro paragraph). Then "Responsibilities" (list of duties from "A Day in the Life..."). Then "Requirements" maybe combine with "Qualifications". But we have separate sections: Requirements and Qualifications. The posting has "Requirements Build a Career..." then later "Requirements: Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate". Might be overlapping. We'll treat "Requirements" as the bullet list of qualifications? Actually there is a "Requirements" heading earlier but then text about career pathways. Then later "Requirements: Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate". We'll need to decide. Better to follow typical sections: About the role (intro). Responsibilities (duties). Qualifications (education, experience, skills). Benefits (benefits listed). Pay (pay range). Possibly Skills separate? But we can combine skills into Qualifications. We must not create sections with filler text. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. Let's extract: About the role: first paragraph(s) up to before "Build a Career..." maybe. Responsibilities: list from "A Day in the Life of a Business Banking Specialist" (the bullet-like sentences). We'll convert each sentence to
  • . Qualifications: from "Requirements: Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate" list. Benefits: from "Why Work for Coulee Bank?" includes: collaborative work environment, opportunities to build a meaningful career, generous compensation and benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA contribution, 401(k) match, profit sharing, 10 paid holidays per year, 19 PTO days per year, profit sharing (duplicate), $100 Coulee clothing attire benefit, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time, Annual Employee Incentive Program. Also mention "Generous Compensation And Benefits Package". We'll list benefits. Pay: "Pay Range The hourly pay range for this position is $29.73–$38.46 per hour." Also compensation details line. Schedule: Not mentioned, so we should not create Schedule section. Skills: Could be extracted from qualifications but we may not need separate Skills section if we put them in Qualifications. The instruction says we can use Skills heading if we have content. But we can avoid if we think it's thin. Better to include Skills maybe as part of Qualifications. But we can also create Skills section with list of technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams; experience with loan documentation, imaging, workflow, core banking systems; notary commission willingness. However those are also in qualifications. Might be okay to have Skills section. But we must not repeat content. If we put them in Skills, we should not duplicate in Qualifications. However Qualifications already includes those. Could split: Qualifications: education, experience, etc. Skills: technical skills. That seems reasonable. Let's extract Qualifications (non-technical): High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior banking experience required. Experience in commercial loan support, loan processing, loan documentation, loan closing, loan servicing, or a related area is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines accurately in a fast-paced environment. Ability to provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and follow established Bank policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with loan documentation, imaging, workflow, or core banking systems is preferred. Notary commission or willingness to perform notarial duties when commissioned is preferred. Now Benefits: list as above. Pay: hourly pay range. Now we need to output HTML with

    headings and
    • for lists,

for prose. We must not include any markdown fences. Let's craft:

We should not include any extra boilerplate like equal opportunity employer, job ID. Check for duplicate content: We have profit sharing listed twice in benefits? We listed once. Good. Check that we didn't include schedule section (none). Good. Check that we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The intro paragraph captured. Responsibilities captured all bullet points from "A Day in the Life". Qualifications captured. Skills captured. Benefits captured. Pay captured. We might have missed "Build a Career in the Financial Industry with Pathways for Advancement" paragraph that mentions training and professional-development opportunities. That is substantive and could be part of About the role or Benefits? It's under "Build a Career..." after the intro. It says: "We recognize that our success is based on the quality and dedication of our team members. That’s why we continually invest in employee growth through training and professional-development opportunities that deepen skills and optimize expertise in the financial industry." This is a benefit (training). Should we include it? It's under "Build a Career..." but we omitted. We could incorporate into Benefits or About the role. Since we have Benefits section, we could add a bullet: "Training and professional-development opportunities to deepen skills and optimize expertise in the financial industry." That is substantive. Also there is "The Business Banking Specialist will support business bankers and customers throughout the loan process, from initial requests and documentation collection through closing, servicing, renewals, and ongoing follow-up." This is also a responsibility; we may have missed it. It appears after the "Build a Career..." paragraph. Actually the text
