Business Banking Relationship Manager - Kenosha, WI

About the role

State Bank of the Lakes is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Banking Relationship Manager to support the market in Kenosha County, WI. This position targets small to mid-sized businesses with revenues up to $30 million.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with businesses, focusing on those with up to $30M in revenue
• Nurture and develop existing portfolios by assessing and meeting client needs
• Negotiate loan structures and cross-sell products
• Maintain and manage loan files, collections, and renewals
• Build and manage a professional network of Co-Intermediaries and referral sources
• Proactively manage and prioritize workflow to maintain a stable network of prospective customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Completion of formal credit training program preferred but not required
• Minimum 5 years’ combined commercial credit and lending experience
• Prior B2B, small business banking, or consultative outside sales experience within the financial services industry
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish client relationships
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workflow

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$110,000, with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including qualifications, skills, and experience.
