About the role
A Business Banking Relationship Manager II plays a pivotal role in contributing to the profitability and growth of the Business Banking segment while building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
Responsibilities
- Cook up loan, deposit and fee income products and services that meet the needs of the customer.
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Center teams and Fulton partners to ensure seamless integration of services to both current and prospective clients.
- Seek opportunities to network and develop key centers of influence.
- Identify and successfully capitalize on cross-sell opportunities with bank partners.
- Achieve and surpass established sales goals with risk tolerance levels.
- Absorb responsibility for relatively complex activity and portfolio for Business Banking clients.
- Identify, source and develop new business opportunities utilizing the Fulton sales strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
- 6 or more years Business or Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking or Small Business Banking experience.
- 2 or more years Demonstrated Sales or Relationship Management Experience.
- 2 or more years Managing a complex portfolio of clients.

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven results in establishing new business relationships and retaining/growing existing relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and leveraging technology to drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of Business Banking products and services and ability to analyze financial statements and assess risk.
- Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve desired outcomes.
- Leverage technology to interact with clients effectively and efficiently.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and retention, the ability to execute on strategic plans and strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly collaborative, organized, and effective time management skills.

$114,100.00 - $190,100.00 annually.
Schedule
This is a hybrid career opportunity covering markets in Western Maryland. Requires flexibility for frequent travel within assigned markets as needed. Additional in-market office locations may be an option depending on space availability.
