Responsibilities
- Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.
- The primary advisor for our business clients.
- Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
- Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
- Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
- Persistently partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to four years of relevant experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of local market, ideal candidate resides in the market, ability to demonstrate principals of credit risk management, proven track record onboarding and retaining businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM, proven track record of success meeting targets that are quantifiable and qualitative

Pay Range
$80,280.00 - 98,120.00
