Responsibilities
- Approach each day with a focus on doing the right thing for clients to help them achieve their goals.
- Build and manage relationships with business clients, delivering financial expertise and solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Identify and recommend appropriate products and services to meet clients' financial needs.
- Work with clients to understand their banking needs and provide education on available products and services.
- Manage and grow deposits and loans, and generate fee-based income through effective sales and service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Four to five years of relevant experience.
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
- Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting with commercial credit training preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
- Some knowledge of bank products and services.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, and financial and economic concepts.

Pay
$98,280.00 - 120,120.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
