About the role

This position supports new client relationship building for Nevada State Bank and National Bank of Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound sales and service calls to prospective and existing bank clients.
  • Expand client base by sourcing new relationships and cross-selling bank products and services to new and existing relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and problems as needed.
  • Assist clients with product offerings, selection, loan application processes, and opening accounts.
  • Generate qualified referrals while following operational procedures and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Provide support to business unit personnel as needed.
  • Assist with department projects and tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills, and banking products and services.
  • Good customer service, problem resolution, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to use a variety of computer software.
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products.
  • Initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay

$24 - $26/hour (depending on experience)
