Business Automation Engineer / Web Developer (On-site)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs Process Discovery Analysis
• Performs Business Process Management Automation design, including process flow, Coaching (user interfaces), and application of existing SOA services with BAW Automation.
• Manages BAW solution development teams, leading project sponsors and SME from various business perspectives to consensus, coaching participants to achieve effective process design, and serving as the "voice of the customer."
• Supports existing solution production, realigning as needed.
• Executes BAW solutions within existing toolsets (Process Designer).
• Executes Web Development Solutions within existing toolsets – ASP.Net, SharePoint.
• Utilizes Agile Development Methodology for iterative review and modification to fully capture solution requirements.
• Acts as process SME for other technology efforts.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by Senior Management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

• College Degree in Business or Information Technology - Required
• 2 to 3 years of Banking Operations Experience - Required
• Experience using IBM or other process based automation development platform (Process Designer) – Preferred
• Specialties: Web Specialist, .Net, SharePoint, HTML, JavaScript, VB script, ASP.Net, knowledge of relational databases using SQL – Preferred
• Experience in an Agile Technology Development environment - Preferred
• Experienced level of bank operations knowledge
• Experienced level of group facilitation knowledge
• Basic level of process mapping knowledge using Business Process Management Notation (BPMn)
• Advanced level of process definition knowledge

• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
• Ability to travel if needed to perform the job
• Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions
