About the role
The Winklevoss School of Business at Grove City College seeks a dynamic and innovative educator for a full-time, classroom-based faculty position within the Department of Management and Marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching undergraduate and graduate business courses, with a strong emphasis on teaching business law. Experience with the legal aspects of business, including contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employment law, international business law, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in the legal field is highly desirable. The candidate should also have an interest in teaching one or more related business disciplines such as management, business strategy, and international business.
Requirements
- A terminal degree (Ph.D., D.B.A., J.D.) is strongly preferred. Candidates with a J.D. are especially encouraged to apply.
- A master’s degree in a business-related field is the minimum qualification required.
- Professional experience in business as a general manager, division leader, or similar capacity with practical experience applying legal knowledge within a business setting.
- International experience is a plus.
- An interest in conducting student-supported research.
- Experience with in-person and online teaching modalities.
- A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the Statement of Faith and Christian mission and vision of Grove City College.
