Job Summary Are you looking to begin a rewarding career in electrical construction? The Business Associates reports directly to the project leader. This is a role that requires the ability to build relationships both in and out of the office. The core responsibility of a Business Associate is to continue learning through on-the-job experience while gaining new responsibilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Understand Miller Electric’s service-based approach to the electrical project management process.Build long-term relationships with your clients and fellow employees by earning trust through diligent communication and a high-quality work ethic.Work with your team to ensure projects are built following design, budget, and schedule.Support our project management teams through your business support function. Qualifications Education & Experience Required Relevant business degreeStrong computer & Microsoft Suite skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsCommitment to developing time management and organizational skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on learning environmentApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
