About the role
As a Business Assistant within Global Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships at Xsolla Agency, you will support the development and execution of strategic partnerships in the entertainment licensing space. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of meetings and events related to strategic partnerships.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all partnership agreements and communications.
- Support the team in negotiating terms and conditions of partnership agreements.
- Collate and present data on partnership performance and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or partnership management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of entertainment licensing and distribution processes is beneficial.
