Requirements
- 8+ years experience with strong demonstrated analytical skills applied to business software solutions maintenance and/or development
- Knowledge of software development standards and practices
- Demonstrated ability to find efficiencies and improve processes
- Understanding of claims adjudication, particularly in a health care environment
- Strong business analytical skills
- Strong process analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Client's core business processes, systems, and data
- Experience using process/architecture modeling tools (i.e., Orbus [preferred], BizzDesign, Mega)

Education
Bachelor's degree required in Health Administration, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related field.
