BUSINESS ANALYTICS SPECIALIST PD IN BUSINESS ANALYTICS PER DIEM 24523

Job Duties

• Collaborate with the Business Analytics and Strategy team to support additional workload for critical delivery for various projects.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical models using statistical techniques, machine learning, and predictive analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse or other data storage systems.
• Research data sources and adhere to national standards for data mastering, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Create visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate data findings and recommendations to the Director and other team members.
• Assist with project planning and execution by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented models and recommend improvements or adjustments as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and business intelligence, to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analytics, data engineering, and data science.

Position Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (preferred)

Salary

Commensurate With Experience Within Posted Range. $20.00/ Hourly
