About the role
You’ll serve as a primary analytics liaison to Trading Services business partners—building strong relationships, understanding business priorities, and shaping analytics solutions that drive action.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define success metrics, and scope analytical solutions, balancing business impact, feasibility, and delivery timelines.
- Design, build, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into performance, trends, and opportunities using modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to leaders and cross-functional partners, enabling confident, data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain SQL based data queries and data sets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data standards.
- Collaborate with data engineering, governance, and analytics peers to deliver scalable, well-governed solutions that integrate across teams and systems.
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, bringing insights forward—often before they’re requested—to support strategic and operational decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis, with demonstrated success supporting business partners in a consultative or liaison capacity.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to listen, influence, and adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience translating business questions into structured data queries and analyses.
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, etc).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering actionable outcomes.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment while maintaining strong partner trust.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms or enterprise data environments (e.g., BigQuery, Oracle).
- Experience partnering with product, technology, or data engineering teams in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (or equivalent practical experience).
