About the role
Your role. Your Work Will Include, But Not Be Limited To:
- Lead end-to-end analytics, data engineering, and AI-enabled implementation engagements for mid-market construction clients
- Communicate clearly and confidently with construction leaders, keeping technology discussions focused on business outcomes rather than products
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translating business, operational, and financial needs into scalable analytics and AI solutions that fit how construction teams actually work
- Partner closely with analytics and industry leadership to scale analytics capabilities, develop future leaders, and expand the firm’s analytics presence in key markets
- Identify and advance client expansion, cross-serving, and advanced analytics or AI use cases in line with our 'one firm-firm' policy
- Support proposal development, scoping, estimating, and solution design
- Provide clear, actionable performance feedback and coaching on project delivery and consulting effectiveness
- Contribute to practice development through accelerators, innovation initiatives, presentations, and go-to-market efforts

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of experience delivering analytics and data engineering solutions with 3+ years of experience in a consulting environment
- Ability to collaboratively lead client engagements and build executive-level trust
- Experience designing modern cloud analytics architectures on platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Databricks
- Strong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, DDL/DML)
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar)
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development or analytics tools to improve delivery quality, speed, or scalability
- Experience working within DevOps and CI/CD frameworks (Azure DevOps, GitHub, dbt, or similar)
- Conceptual understanding of cloud platform governance, security, and operating models
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and/or workstreams concurrently
- Experience supporting proposals, scoping, and solution shaping
- Experience in construction industry strongly preferred

Pay
$118,000.00 - $160,000.00
Schedule
Exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
