Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines by sourcing candidates from various channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on recruitment metrics and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry best practices in talent acquisition.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
