Business Analyst- Warehouse/Inventory Management
About the role
The Business Analyst- Warehouse/Inventory Management position at Infosys Public Services requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussions across multiple groups to ensure clarity of requirements and consistent communication.
- Lead the decomposition of complex processes into clear business logic, workflows, and testable requirements.
- Manage UAT and CAT testing sessions, including scenario development, user coordination, and tracking defects.
- Create process documentation, user guides, SOPs, and support workflows.
- Interpret logs, understand data mappings, and work with developers/architects to shape technical solutions.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog refinement, writing stories, creating test cases, and participating in sprint ceremonies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, developers, QA, vendors, and architects.
- Communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Trace issues across interacting systems and propose logical paths to resolution.
Requirements
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive, relevant work experience, with a master’s degree being strongly preferred. The role involves sitting for extended periods and communicating via phone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required based on job requirements.
