Business Analyst - Retail Supply chain

Role: Business Analyst | Retail Supply Chain Location: Seattle, WA(5 days onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Retail Supply Chain experience to support business and technology initiatives across inventory, order management, replenishment, demand planning, fulfillment, and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business/functional requirements from Supply Chain stakeholders.Analyze inventory, orders, replenishment, demand, fulfillment, and warehouse processes.Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.Work with technical teams on system integrations, data mapping, and enhancements.Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.Support UAT, testing, defect analysis, and production issues.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements across retail supply chain operations.Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Operations, IT, and Data teams.Provide reporting and actionable insights to business stakeholders. Required Skills 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.Strong Retail Supply Chain domain experience.Experience with Inventory Management, Order Management, Replenishment, Demand Planning, WMS, and Fulfillment.Strong SQL and data analysis skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and requirements documentation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
