Join an AI research initiative to author and review high-quality academic assessment content. Create and verify rigorous multiple-choice questions across business domains, establishing benchmarks to advance AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Author original business questions that test deep conceptual understanding.
• Ensure questions are unambiguous, self-contained, and precisely defined.
• Rate each question's difficulty and provide 1 correct answer with 9 plausible alternatives.
• Write step-by-step Chain-of-Thought solutions with clear reasoning.
• Supply academic references for each question from reputable sources.
• Review pre-written questions for accuracy and clarity, and justify any edits made.

Requirements

• PhD, DBA, or doctoral candidate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• MBA or Master's degree considered for candidates with exceptional depth in a specific subdomain.
• Strong command of graduate-level business strategy, organizational theory, and quantitative methods.
• Industry leadership experience or research publications in business fields is a strong plus.
• Excellent written English and ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Skills

• Strong analytical approach to reviewing and improving professional content.
• High level of consistency when assessing technical and transactional accuracy.
• Comfortable managing deliverables with minimal supervision.

Pay

$77-$98 per hour
