Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, organize, and analyze business data to support strategic decision-making.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Translate business requirements into clear documentation for technical and operational teams.
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of business improvement initiatives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.
- Create data models, reports, and business analysis documentation.
- Auxiliary with forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning activities.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business strategies and company initiatives.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Support system improvements, software implementations, and technology-related projects.
- Work with IT teams to define business requirements and improve business applications.
- Prepare executive-level reports, summaries, and recommendations.
- Document business processes, procedures, and workflow improvements.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of company information.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, reporting, process improvement, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify meaningful insights.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both business and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience Documenting Business Requirements, Processes, And Workflows.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in transportation, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with SQL, databases, reporting systems, or data visualization tools.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business applications.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
- Experience supporting technology implementations and system enhancements.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or similar credentials.
