About the Role
This role is located in Irving, TX and involves:
- Leading and supporting annual and rolling capital planning activities, including CCAR and stress testing.
- Optimizing capital allocation through trend identification, variance analysis, and risk assessment.
- Maintaining and enhancing financial forecasting models for budgeting and scenario analysis.
- Presenting forecast outputs with clear documentation and key risk indicators to senior stakeholders.
- Ensuring model governance, documentation standards, and version control practices are robust.
- Calculating Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) and assessing capital adequacy across various portfolios.
- Managing Regulatory Reporting tasks, including IRRBB, PPNR, Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, and other regulatory requirements.
- Developing and maintaining reporting controls, documentation, and audit trails.
- Participating in internal capital adequacy assessment processes (ICAAP).
- Modeling and analyzing credit, market, operational, net interest margin, economic value of equity, cost of funds, asset liability management, and liquidity risk.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the organization's Chart of Accounts (CoA) and ensuring consistent reporting across entities.
- Supporting financial governance and reporting standardization efforts.
- Performing detailed variance analysis and profitability assessments.
- Serving as a trusted analytical partner to the CFO, Treasurer, Finance Directors, and senior leadership.
- Translating complex financial and regulatory data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Collaborating with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, and Technology teams on strategic initiatives.
- Supporting ad hoc analysis and management reporting requests.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $86,129 to $127,189 per annum.
