Role Overview We are looking for a meticulous Business Analyst / Project Owner with 3–5 years of experience in Gaming-Metaverse environments. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation expertise, experience in requirement elicitation, and the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into actionable, structured deliverables. This role will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative blockchain-based projects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for gaming, and metaverse initiativesElicit, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirementsCreate high-quality documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, use cases, and user storiesConduct gap analysis and impact assessment to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilitiesServe as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of requirements for development and implementationSupport Agile/Scrum teams with backlog management, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate project challengesMaintain comprehensive records of project decisions, changes, and approvals to ensure traceabilityKeep up-to-date with Gaming-Metaverse to provide insights into potential business opportunitiesAssist in prioritizing project initiatives based on strategic value, stakeholder input, and feasibility Required Qualifications & Skills 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Web3- Gaming-Metaverse, with additional fintech or financial services experience as an advantageMBA in Finance or equivalent business/finance qualification is preferredStrong documentation skills with a proven ability to create structured, comprehensive, and clear business and functional documentationDeep understanding of blockchain concepts, decentralized finance, tokenization, and related technologiesExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple project elements and priorities simultaneouslyExperience with gaming/metaverse project lifecycle and associated technical requirements is highly preferred Why Join Us?
