About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves functioning as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and aligned with business objectives. You will facilitate communication, drive efficiency, and help mitigate risks throughout migration and transformation processes, as well as support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate sign-off of migrated applications and processes.

Responsibilities

• Function as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Ensure requirements are accurately captured and aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate communication and drive efficiency throughout migration and transformation processes
• Help mitigate risks associated with migration and transformation projects
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate sign-off of migrated applications and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with system migrations, data transitions, or similar transformation projects
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including Agile practices
• Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, DrawIO), data analysis tools (Excel, SQL basics), and project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
