Primarily data-driven and analytics-oriented role focused on synthesizing complex data into clear, impactful reports that guide strategic decision-making for ID Logistics and our customers' leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead big data analysis and summation into graphical and other meaningful displays.
- Own the creation, development, and updates of ongoing analyses, dashboards, and reporting required to validate and support business decisions.
- Manage new and/or updated reporting needs from request to completed customer-facing product.
- Establish collaborative partnership with senior leadership at each site to develop, template, and execute successful financial and performance-related reporting.
- Identify and confirm with IT and Internal Systems Teams auto-generated reporting options as well as data visibility needs that require ongoing review.
- Prepare the monthly billing and validate with the customer.
- Monitor contractual KPIs and SLAs to advise, counsel, and rectify challenges faced by the operation.
- Effectively collaborate with the customer regarding ad-hoc projects and analyses and consult on key findings.
- Manage, design, and own budgetary activities for internal and external review.
- Work as a liaison between Finance and Operations to close financial gaps and highlight major risks within current activities.
- Assist the Finance team with weekly and monthly financial forecasting.
Requirements
- Must live within a 50-mile radius of Ruskin, FL.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau; portfolio of work encouraged.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret statistical and graphical data.
- Five years of related or relevant experience in financial or business analysis.
- Proven problem-solving, project management, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently with competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility with work schedule and hours when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in a similar role, 3PL, or warehouse environment is a plus.
Pay
Attractive annual salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus a performance-based bonus.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 1st shift. Travel based on business needs.
