What You'll Do
- Support systems, processes, procedures, products, and services
- Drive operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and provide high-level analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making across supported lines of business
- Collaborate closely with team members, cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure business initiatives align with organizational strategy while fostering continuous improvement
- Lead the analysis and resolution of complex operational challenges across the organization
- Provide on-demand expertise in banking and deposit operations, serving as a specialist in FIS systems, processes, deposit products and services, legal and entity documentation
- Ensure seamless bank-wide support, proactive monitoring, and responsive internal customer service, while maintaining operational accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of service delivery
- Maintain logs for product issues, enhancements, defects, and testing of electronic banking applications and treasury management services
- Perform support queue management, ensuring timely assignment and routing of production issues to the correct analyst or support group
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, assess impacts, and prioritize initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals
- Participate in special projects, develop training material, and serve as a cross-departmental liaison to partner teams
- Oversee change management initiatives by developing communication plans and ensuring smooth adoption of process and system changes
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and leadership to drive alignment, resolve challenges, and ensure successful project execution
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of related experience
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite
- Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems preferred
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
