Key Responsibilities

  • Understand data and data systems including IT tools and technology
  • Document and identify key controls within data lifecycle
  • Gather and document process and business requirements able to provide scope and project planning
  • Conduct interviews surveys and workshops to gather data needs
  • Present insights clearly and concisely to nontechnical audiences
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through workshopping sessions and process flows
  • Understanding of data controls and data management SOX RCSA etc for Regulatory FCC Sanctions related business processes
  • Create gap assessments on current state of business processes and design implement target state in alignment with regulatory reporting policies
  • Ensure all processes are aligned with both internal policy and external regulatory requirements
  • Track and document process changes and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory standards

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of liquidity regulatory frameworks eg Basel III LCR NSFR
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools eg Excel SQL or Python
  • Knowledge of financial systems and the flow of data for liquidity calculations and reporting
  • Experience in documenting business processes and creating process flow diagrams using BPMN
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies eg Agile Waterfall
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience that covers data management and data governance
  • Must have worked in consulting background
  • Strong client facing skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of data concepts ADS processes ADS methodology
  • Must Have Tableau, SQL, Data Analysis, Alteryx, Power BI
