Business Analyst II.

About the role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading efforts related to *** Health's outstanding invoicing process and collection efforts. The Analyst will lead weekly check-ins in partnership with the International Customer Success Managers to ensure invoice accuracy, monitor payments, and track action items.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly check-ins with International Customer Success Managers to ensure invoice accuracy and monitor payments.
• Monitor and track action items related to invoice accuracy and payment processes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including understanding various tools and systems impacting the Customer base.
• Conduct workstreams and customer conversations to address root cause issues and improve end-to-end process flows for invoices.
• Ensure that invoices are addressed and the customer experience is improved.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German is required.
• Program Management and Process Improvement experience is preferred.
• Collections/Healthcare experience is preferred.
