Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions for real business challenges
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze internal processes, data, and problems to identify benefits from enabling new capabilities
• Improve how Cisco operates and how we work together

Requirements

• Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program
• 1 year of relevant experience, or a combination of 2 years of relevant experience and a relevant degree
• Skills in gathering, processing, and analyzing extensive datasets
• Experience in extracting, scrutinizing, and documenting business requirements
• Legal right to work in the country for which you're applying

• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external customers and cross-functional teams

Schedule

Individual pay is determined based on hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. Additional paid time off includes:

• 10 paid holidays per full calendar year
• 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday
• Year-end holiday shutdown
• 4 paid days off for personal wellness
• 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year for non-exempt employees
• Flexible vacation time off program for exempt employees
• Up to 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter
• Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer

Pay

The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For locations not listed, the recruiter can share more details about compensation during the hiring process.

• New York City Metro Area: $80,000.00 - $117,200.00
• Non-Metro New York State & Washington State: $70,700.00 - $103,200.00
