About The Role The position is an entry-level finance and systems support role designed to serve as a liaison between Finance, Accounting, Revenue, Procurement, and cross-functional technical teams. The successful candidate will support efforts to maintain scalable, efficient, and compliant financial systems, focusing on core processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Financial Close and Reporting workflows. This role requires a proactive individual capable of providing day-to-day support, assisting with process automation, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. Based onsite at one of Arrowhead's office locations, this role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain valuable experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, financial workflows, and data analytics within a dynamic biopharmaceutical environment.
