Job Summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst in Portland, OR. This position offers a competitive salary range of $1263.00 to $1477.00 weekly for a 16-week assignment. Shifts are available as Days, with a schedule of 5, 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 05:00.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic charting system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and outcomes
• Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and drive improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and systems

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional certifications in healthcare IT (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems - CHIM)
