Business Analyst
About the role
The Business Analyst will support US legal specialists by maintaining and monitoring request workflows in case management systems. They will troubleshoot system issues, document common issues, and assist in process and system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support US legal specialists by maintaining and monitoring request workflows in case management systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed, while identifying when issues are procedural vs. technical.
- Document common issues and contribute to process and system improvements by partnering with product managers on future requirements.
- Aid in preparing summaries, reports, and metrics related to request volumes and response times.
- Ensure sensitive information is handled securely and in compliance with our company’s privacy policies.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in operations, system support, or legal/administrative support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to differentiate system errors from process gaps.
- Proficiency with workflow/case management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential information is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal processes, privacy, or compliance regulations preferred but not required.

Pay
$95,000—$105,000 USD
Schedule
This is a fixed-term contract role with the possibility of extension. Specific details regarding the number of required office days will be in accordance with the company's then-current Return to Office (RTO) policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
