Business Analyst Associate
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Support project management activities, including tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Aid in the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
