About the role
A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, systems, and industry standards to recommend appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements.
- Perform product management, including defining vision and platform needs.
- Provide leadership and governance to developers through the software design and implementation lifecycle.
- Perform business and system analysis to convert impacts into functional and system requirements.
- Plan, initiate, and manage software development and implementation projects, providing technical leadership.
- Create fraud detection models and configure rules for enterprise-level application architecture and for policy and rules configuration for transactions.
- Perform data mapping for high-risk transactions.
- Contribute to organizational planning through gapping and mapping.
- Design, develop, review, and test fraud and risk technologies.
- Define strategic plans to implement enhancements to technical data infrastructure, tools, and applications.
- Document process flow diagrams using Visio and requirements in JIRA stories.
- Work with Scrum and Agile processes.
- Lead development teams in solving complex technology production issues.
- Communicate technical strategies and solutions to management and development teams.
- Create logical data models to define data entities, elements, and relationships to visualize flow in enterprise systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any) or related field and 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Digital Tech Product Management Analyst, Business Analyst, or related position involving fraud and risk technologies product management in a global financial services institution.
- Product management, including defining vision and platform needs, contributing to organizational planning through gapping and mapping, and providing leadership and governance to developers through the software design and implementation lifecycle.
- Business and system analysis to convert impacts into detailed functional and system requirements.
- Creating data mapping for high-risk transactions.
- Creating fraud detection models and configuring rules.
- Enterprise-level application architecture and communicating technical strategies and solutions to proper parties.
- Defining business requirements for functionalities, adhering to object-oriented methodologies, and preparing product requirement documentation.
- Monitoring feature development to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Evaluating IT developments and evolving business requirements.
- Analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standards to recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
- Documenting process flow diagrams using Visio and requirements in the form of JIRA stories.
- Working with Scrum and following Agile processes.

Pay
Wage Range: $180,461 to $180,461. In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
