About the role
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience required — just a strong business foundation and the analytical mindset to spot when something doesn't add up.
What You'll Do
- Design Complex Business Challenges — Author advanced case studies, quantitative problems, and strategic scenarios across domains like corporate finance, market entry, operations management, and cap table modeling
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Build rigorous, step-by-step model answers that include financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level strategic rationales — the gold standard responses AI learns from
- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
- Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical failures in AI responses — from sunk cost errors and miscalculated WACC to flawed macroeconomic assumptions — and provide structured, expert feedback that makes the model smarter
Who You Are
- Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Strong working knowledge in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations
- Naturally detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, logical gaps, and faulty assumptions others miss
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
- Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
- Proficiency in quantitative tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as a professional or end user
