Bus Strat & Init Mgr
About the role
This role supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives and processes aligned to priorities within a functional area or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and refining strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders and internal partners. The role focuses on analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement and transformation initiatives to support Global Operations objectives, including breakthrough cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation.
As part of the Global Operations Initiative Management Team, the Process Design Consultant partners with business subject matter experts, Process Owners, Change Management, and other stakeholders to provide an end-to-end view of processes, analyze impacts and data, challenge current states for optimization, support roadmap development, and drive continuous improvement and process reengineering.
Responsibilities
- Builds and executes business initiatives and processes in partnership with stakeholders.
- Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge.
- Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives.
- Performs analytics, assessments, and data interpretation to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes.
- Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress toward business goals.

Requirements
- 10+ years of Process Design and/or Project Management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presence and the ability to lead meetings with executive participants.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success working in a matrix organization.
- Understanding of Bank of America’s Risk Management Framework and Business Controls.
- Proficiency in problem analysis and solution design.
- Strong partnership skills, including the ability to build broad-based business relationships, use influencing skills, and demonstrate conflict resolution capabilities.

Qualifications
Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Schedule
1st shift (United States of America), 40 hours per week.
