The Bus Person / Assistant Server supports the service team by ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment that enhances the overall guest experience. The Bus Person / Assistant Server plays a key role in supporting servers and maintaining smooth front-of-house operations. This position ensures that tables are properly set, cleared, and reset quickly, while assisting with food delivery and guest needs. The role is essential in delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience. Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms
- Refill water, bread, and other table items as directed
