About the role
This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives.Responsibilities
- Evaluate current curriculum and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement new educational programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Oversee the assessment and reporting of student progress.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in educational administration or teaching.
- Proven track record of improving educational outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
