Bus Driver, Summer

About the role

Transit bus drivers needed for the upcoming summer season in the beautiful Sierra Mountains. Drivers transport guests to and from lodges, hotels, and nearby destinations.

Responsibilities

• DMV-required inspections, paperwork, fueling, fluid checks, bus cleaning
• Variable schedule; some evening/night work. Part-time considered. Typically, 4 days/week, up to 10 hours/day
• Enjoy 3 days off to play in the Sierra!

Requirements

• No more than 2 points on a current Driver's license
• Must have a current Class A or B license with passenger and air brake endorsements
• Safety Sensitive position subject to DOT drug and alcohol regulations
• Must lift 50 pounds
• 5 years driving experience
• Guest service or public relations experience preferred
• Professional, outgoing, and guest service-oriented demeanor
• Strong work ethic. Effective communication with guests, employees & management
• Able to perform under pressure
• Follow instructions & company policies

Pay

Pay dependent on experience. Hourly pay rate: $24.75 - $29.24
