Bus Driver -Full Time (up to 35hrs/wk)

About the role

Westminster Oaks is seeking a full‑time Bus Driver (up to 35 hours per week) with a valid CDL and passenger endorsement to schedule, plan, and organize daily transportation services for community residents. The driver will operate on specified routes to local or distant points according to a set schedule.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and its communities.
• Transport residents within the campus and assist management with the delivery of packages and meals as needed.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of the trams; report potential problems to maintenance and the direct supervisor.
• Assist with scheduling routine maintenance of the trams as required.
• Maintain the trams in good working order and keep them clean at all times, including a daily end‑of‑shift cleaning task.
• Assist residents in safely boarding and disembarking the tram.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
• Availability for full‑time work up to 35 hours per week.
