We need to output HTML fragment with sections: maybe About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real content. The posting includes essential functions (responsibilities), qualifications, maybe other responsibilities, mental/physical demands, ancillary level, required documents. No explicit pay, schedule, benefits. So we should not create those sections. We can have sections: About the role (maybe a brief description), Responsibilities (essential functions + other responsibilities), Qualifications (including required documents?), maybe Requirements (qualifications). We need to follow headings:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all essential functions, other responsibilities, qualifications, mental/physical demands, ancillary level, required documents. Also maybe mention "Attendance at the work site is required". Also "Must be insurable". Also "Positions requiring CDL are subject to federal drug and alcohol testing". Also "Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors". Also "Ancillary Level 109 Click here to view Ysleta ISD's Compensation Plan". That's a link? We should keep text but not as a link? It says "Click here to view Ysleta ISD's Compensation Plan". We can keep as plain text. We need to format lists for duties/requirements. Use

    • . For prose use

. We need to decide sections: Perhaps "About the role" could be a short paragraph summarizing the job: ensuring safe transportation of students. Could be derived from first sentences. "Responsibilities" could list essential functions and other responsibilities as bullet points. "Qualifications" could list qualifications: high school diploma/GED, valid CDL, etc., plus required documents. "Skills" maybe not present; we could omit if no specific skills listed besides communication, interpersonal, ability to manage student behavior, read/write/speak English, ability to complete training, ability to lift 50 lbs, etc. Those could go under Qualifications or Skills. Since we have a Skills heading allowed, we could put those under Skills. But we need to ensure we only create sections with real content. We have content for skills: effective communication, interpersonal skills, ability to manage student behavior, ability to read/write/understand/speak English, ability to complete required bus driver safety training, ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs. So we can create a Skills section. "Requirements" maybe overlapping with Qualifications; but we can choose to have Qualifications and Requirements separate? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include only those with content. Could combine qualifications and requirements into one? But better to follow typical: Requirements could be the mandatory items (CDL, diploma, insurable, etc.) and Qualifications could be preferred? However posting doesn't differentiate. We could put all under Qualifications and leave Requirements empty? But we must not emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we should not include a Requirements heading if we have no distinct content for it. So we skip Requirements. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications (maybe also include Required Documents under Qualifications). Also maybe "Working Conditions" for mental/physical demands? Not in allowed headings. Could put under Responsibilities? Or maybe under a separate section like "Working Conditions" not allowed. Could incorporate into Responsibilities or Qualifications? Probably better to add a section "Working Conditions" but not allowed heading. So we need to fit into allowed headings. Could put mental/physical demands under Responsibilities as bullet points? Or under Qualifications? Might be okay. We also have "Ancillary Level 109 Click here to view Ysleta ISD's Compensation Plan". That's about compensation plan; could be considered Pay? But we cannot create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It mentions compensation plan link but not actual pay. So we should not create Pay section. We can include that sentence in a paragraph maybe under About the role or Qualifications? Probably under Qualifications as note about compensation plan. We also have "Required Documents" list: high school diploma/GED, valid CDL. That's basically same as qualifications. Could be under Qualifications. We need to ensure we don't repeat info unnecessarily but preserve all substantive info. Might be okay to have some overlap but better to avoid duplication. Let's craft:

      About the role

Ensure the safe and orderly transportation of students to and from school and to designated locations as assigned, adhering to federal and state laws, district policies, and safety procedures.

      • Instruct students on safe riding rules and regulations, and enforce the 10‑point "Riding Privilege" rules posted in the bus.
      • Report student discipline problems to the appropriate administrator.
      • Attend and complete required training programs (CPR, first aid, state certification course(s), district defensive driving classes) to maintain safety certification.

      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Ability to read, write, understand and speak English.
      • Ability to complete required bus driver safety training.
      • Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs. or more repeatedly during work hours.

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) – must be obtained within a year of employment if not already held.
      • Valid Texas or New Mexico Non‑Excepted Interstate Commerce Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class "A" or "B" with a "P" and "S" endorsement (the district will assist with obtaining the "P" and "S" endorsements within 60 days of employment).

      • Required documents for application: high school diploma/GED and valid Texas or New Mexico CDL (Class A or B).
      • Ancillary Level 109 – refer to Ysleta ISD's Compensation Plan for details.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. No mention of cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Good. Check that we didn't create Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections. Good. We used

      headings as allowed. Used
      • for lists. Used

for prose. We preserved all substantive info: essential functions, other responsibilities, qualifications, mental/physical demands (we captured lifting ability under Skills, but we omitted mental demands like "Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress. Requires continual sitting; requires moderate standing, bending, reaching, kneeling and squatting. Must possess ability, skill, patience and understanding to work with students who have disabilities." We missed those. Need to include them. Could add to Skills or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not allowed. Could add to Skills as bullet points about mental/emotional demands and physical demands. Let's incorporate. Add to Skills bullet points: - Ability to work with frequent interruptions and maintain emotional control under stress. - Ability to sit continually; perform moderate standing, bending, reaching, kneeling and squatting. - Ability to work with students who have disabilities, requiring patience, skill, and understanding. We already have ability to lift etc. Thus Skills section will include those. Also we have "Must be able to complete required bus driver safety training." Already there. Also "Must have effective communication, interpersonal skills and possess ability to manage student behavior; ability to read, write, understand and speak English." Already. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any: "Attend and complete required training programs to include cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid, state certification course(s) and the district's defensive driving classes to maintain safety certification." Already in Responsibilities. "Report all accidents, vehicles damage, student inquiries, and mechanical failures in accordance with the department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)." Already. "Complete required forms and reports on a daily basis and take bus student attendance as required by law." Already. "Observe and follow all traffic laws and safety regulations." Already. "Operate two-way radio equipment on official business to communicate with transportation office." Already. "Inspect the bus after each trip to ensure that all passengers have exited the bus. Check that all windows and doors are securely locked and the engine, radio, and lights are turned off." Already. "Maintain positive working relationship with team, campuses, and/or agencies." Already. "Attendance at the work site is required to meet essential functions of the job." Already. "Other Responsibilities Participate in professional development activities as required by the district.Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties; support district/department goals.Maintain a professional code of ethics and perform other duties as assigned." Already. "Qualifications High school diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) OR must be obtained within a year of employment with the district; valid Texas or New Mexico Non-Excepted Interstate Commerce Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class "A" or "B" with a "P" and "S" endorsement. (Ysleta ISD Transportation Department will assist with the "P" and "S" endorsements which must be acquired within 60 days of employment.) Must be insurable by the district's automobile liability insurance carrier. Must have effective communication, interpersonal skills and possess ability to manage student behavior; ability to read, write, understand and speak English. Must be able to complete required bus driver safety training. Positions requiring a Commercial Driver's License are subject to federal drug and alcohol testing regulations." All covered. "Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress. Requires continual sitting; requires moderate standing,
