Bus Driver

We are looking for Bus Drivers to join our team in Denver, Colorado. A $4,000 hiring bonus is available through 09/30/2026.

About the role

Pay

Starting pay: $28.02 per hour, with progression to $34.29 over 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate your route safely and on schedule
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to passengers
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safety and comfort
• Be a reliable, trusted face in the community
• Work collaboratively with dispatchers and fellow drivers
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Class B license or permit with passenger and airbrake endorsement
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical (if applicable). DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason

Physical Requirements

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions—100% of the job is performed outside, often alone and in remote locations
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances on possible sloped, slippery, or uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to access files or equipment stored at ground level
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise
