We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions. The posting includes: Position Type/Expected Hours of Work – Flexible... Schedule that will include weekends, evenings and may include holidays. Full time = 32.5 to 40 hours (depending on route). That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section. Qualifications – Possess a clean CDL License with endorsements to comply with Agency requirements; one-year experience preferred. Work Authorization/Security Clearance – Authorized to work in the United States. That's qualifications. Summary/Objective - Responsible to comply with DMV Article 19-A, Federal Transit Authority, and Dept. of Transportation regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures. Responsible for the safe transport of all passengers, as well as maintaining reporting documentation. That's like About the role or Summary. Essential Functions – list many responsibilities. Those are responsibilities. Competencies – list skills. Supervisory Responsibility – statement. Travel – Travel within Jefferson and St. Lawrence County for career fairs and other community events within the scope of position. Work Environment – description. Physical Demands – description. Other Duties – statement. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe Summary/Objective), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements/Qualifications (Qualifications + Work Authorization), Skills (Competencies), Schedule (Position Type/Expected Hours), Benefits? Not present. Pay? Not present. So we omit Benefits and Pay. We also might include Travel as part of Responsibilities or separate? Could be a separate section but we only include if real content. Travel is specific. Could be under Responsibilities or a separate "Travel" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So Travel must go under Responsibilities or maybe About the role. We'll put under Responsibilities. Work Environment and Physical Demands could be under Responsibilities or maybe under Requirements? Not exactly. Could be under Responsibilities as part of job description. We'll include them in Responsibilities as bullet points. Other Duties statement could be under Responsibilities as a note. Supervisory Responsibility statement could be under Responsibilities. Thus we will have sections: About the role (Summary/Objective), Responsibilities (Essential Functions + Work Environment + Physical Demands + Travel + Supervisory Responsibility + Other Duties), Requirements (maybe combine Qualifications and Work Authorization), Skills (Competencies), Schedule (Position Type/Expected Hours). We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

    . For sections we need

heading then content. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet point as is, not condense. We need to extract the bullet points from Essential Functions list. They are many sentences starting with "Responsible to". We'll turn each into
  • . Similarly for Competencies list: "Excellent Time Management Skills. Personable and Respectful Ability to Lead and Direct. Calm Under Pressure. Ability to Use Computers and Tablets." Those are separate sentences; we can make each a
  • . Qualifications: "Possess a clean CDL License with endorsements to comply with Agency requirements; one-year experience preferred." and "Work Authorization/Security Clearance – Authorized to work in the United States." Two items. Schedule: "Flexible to the needs of the program. Schedule that will include weekends, evenings and may include holidays. Full time = 32.5 to 40 hours (depending on route)". We'll put as

maybe. About the role: Summary/Objective sentences: "Responsible to comply with DMV Article 19-A, Federal Transit Authority, and Dept. of Transportation regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures. Responsible for the safe transport of all passengers, as well as maintaining reporting documentation." Two sentences. We need to ensure we don't repeat any content. Also we need to remove boilerplate like EEO statement, etc. Already omitted. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

Personable and Respectful Ability to Lead and Direct. Calm Under Pressure. Ability to Use Computers and Tablets." covered. We have "Travel - Travel within Jefferson and St. Lawrence County for career fairs and other community events within the scope of position." included as a bullet. We have "Work Environment –This position requires working both inside and outside as part of Public Transit driving and transporting the people we support." included. We have "Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. We have "Other Duties – This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice." included. We have "I have read and received a copy of the above job description and understand the responsibilities fully. I understand that the preceding job description will be reviewed/updated at least annually; more frequent updates will depend on contract needs." That's like an acknowledgment statement; likely boilerplate? It's not a standard EEO but it's a statement about reading. The instructions: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This statement is not exactly those but could be considered boilerplate (acknowledgement). Might be considered part of job description but not substantive? It's more of an employee acknowledgment. Probably we should omit it as it's not a duty/requirement. The instruction says remove boilerplate; this is likely boilerplate. So we omit. Also we omitted the AAP/EEO Statement
