About the role

Join a family-oriented school bus company and provide the community's children with a safe and caring ride to and from school. This position is ideal for parents, as you can bring your children to work with you—eliminating daycare costs and concerns about snow days or early release.

Pay

• Starting wage: $24–$28 per hour (based on experience), with yearly increases
• $2,500 hiring bonus paid upon completion, in 3 increments
• Attendance bonus available

Schedule

• Average 23–25 hours per week, with additional hours available
• Paid safety meeting attendance

Requirements

• High school diploma (preferred but not required)
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Valid driver’s license (we will train for additional licensing and certification)
• Good driving record
• No criminal record
• Must pass drug and alcohol testing program
• DOT medical card required
