Delaware Express, a trusted and leading ground transportation provider in the State of Delaware and surrounding areas, is seeking Bus Drivers to join our team. With 42 years of experience, we offer our services to professional sports teams, college sports teams, weddings, and much more.

Responsibilities

• Drive buses safely and efficiently, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in good condition and comply with all regulations.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and CDL with a passenger endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.

Pay

The compensation for this position typically ranges from $70k to $90k and more.
