Position Summary Signal Energy is seeking a Bus Driver to support our solar construction projects. This is a field-based, hands-on role responsible for safely transporting employees to and from parking areas to the onsite work location and assisting with general labor and site support activities when not driving. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to contribute wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently. Activities / Responsibilities / Duties Transportation Duties Safely operate company buses to transport employees to and from parking areas to the onsite work locationConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentationMaintain clean, safe, and orderly busesFollow DOT, company, and site-specific safety requirementsCommunicate effectively with supervisors regarding schedules, delays, or maintenance needs General Labor & Site Support Assists With The Following Survey and layout supportMaterial staging and distributionPile and foundation support activitiesTracker system installation supportMechanical assembly and installation assistanceElectrical and control component supportHardware fastening and torquing supportQuality control and inspection assistanceModule staging and installation supportEquipment setup, alignment, and adjustmentTroubleshooting and rework supportGeneral construction and production support Additional Labor Support May Include Material handling, loading, unloading, and stagingJobsite housekeeping and debris removalAssisting crews with tools, parts, and logisticsSetting up barricades, signage, and pedestrian paths Skills / Abilities Strong commitment to safety and complianceAbility to operate a bus in active construction environmentsAbility to lift, carry, and move 50+ poundsAble to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasksAbility to follow instructions, procedures, and safety rulesGood communication and teamwork skillsDependable, punctual, and professionalThis position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits.This position may also include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards Education & Experience Requirements GED or equivalentMinimum 1 year of commercial driving or construction site experience preferredValid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement (required)Acceptable driving record per company and DOT standards Important Interview Policy: To ensure a focused conversation and protect the privacy of both our candidates and team members, the use of AI note-takers, recording devices, or real-time transcription software is strictly prohibited during this interview.
