About Children of America (COA)

For over 18 years, COA has been a trusted leader in early childhood education, providing safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environments for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our programs include Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before & After Care, and Summer Camp.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality
- Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director
- Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children
- Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience
- Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible with hours and work schedule
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Pay
Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity)
